princes wharf
The iconic Princes Wharf, Auckland, is over 100,000m2 stretching a kilometer into the Waitemata Harbour.
It is made up of 10,000m2 of commercial space, the Overseas Passenger Terminal, Hilton Hotel and 400 apartments.
Designed and documented entirely by Leuschke Group Ltd, the building is designed to celebrate its waterfront setting and reflect the cruise liners that berth alongside.
The project received both a local and regional award from the New Zealand Institute of Architects and demonstrates Leuschke Group Architect's design and technical capabilities.
