This typical lightweight kiwi "bach" responds magnificently to its complex site conditions. The view and beach access is to the south-east while arrival is to the north. Decks east and west give protection from prevailing west winds and easterly storms and sea breezes. Sheltered gardens and alternative alfresco dining areas complete the outdoor living aspects of the design. Natural cedar cladding is mellow and weathers to fit into the extensive planting.
