To win an architectural award is a great accolade. Leuschke Group Ltd. has won many. However, a building that is practical and pragmatic in its design can be equally as complex , demanding and challenging to create.
This 16 level building, recently completed in central Auckland, incorporates 150 apartments, pool and retail tenancies at street level.
The building has a staggered configuration which maximises amenity under current building and planning controls. The unique plan shape creates privacy while maintaining outlook and light.
