The first two stages of the Doubtless Bay Villas development incorporate 25 three level units, all enjoying extensive sea views over Doubtless Bay and the Karekare Peninsula. Each unit is twin keyed to provide flexible accommodation options. Construction is pre cast concrete panels and a high level of finish has been achieved throughout the project. A tennis court and a managers unit provide on site amenity and security.
The project is located in the far north of New Zealand within reach of Keri Keri, the Bay of Islands and Cape Reinga. Construction of stage one was completd in 2008.
